The chimney rooms are on the 3rd floor of the Inn and are situated on either side of a shared bath with a whirlpool tub and when booked together are great for families
Although it is very spacious the smaller of the two rooms offers great views of the town of Machias and the Machias waterfront
The larger Chimney room offers a large sleeping area and a comfortable lounging and TV area separated by a red brick chimney.

The Falls View Suite
The Falls View Suite is located on the first floor of the Inn and offers great views of Bad Little Falls and the Machias bay area. This suite includes 2 rooms and a private bath with a full tub , the first room includes a queen sized bed and comfortable chairs for lounging or watching T.V. The second room boasts a kitchenette, and dinning nook, and a comfortable leather couch, also included is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, satellite T.V. A very nice continental breakfast is also included with your stay.

The Apple Tree Suit
The Apple Tree suite is located on the second floor of the Inn, and overlooks the town of Machias and offers great views of the Bad Little Falls . The suite includes two bedrooms tastefully decorated with a mixture of contemporary and antique furniture and art. The first bedroom has two single beds and the master bedroom has queen sized bed, a sitting area and a kitchenette. This room has a private bath with a shower. There is also satellite T.V. A very nice continental breakfast is also included with your stay.

-A fourteen (14) day advance notice of cancellation made in the form of a FAX, Email or standard U.S. Mail, is required for a refund. There is a $25.00 per room, per night bookkeeping fee for all cancellations.
Cancellations made by telephone will NOT be accepted.
